Personal Training.
 ​Personal Training.... Each of our trainers have their own style of personal training, it is unique to that trainer - no one is the same as us, so you will experience our own style, fun, strength, cardio, games, 3D movement, all mixed into one. Personal Training, includes many options to fit whatever your style and budget you are after, from weekly to fortnightly appointments.

One on One.
This time is dedicated to just you, the session is personalised to you, no session is ever the same, this is a great way to get the results, attention and experience you are after.    One hour Personal Training is $75, 45 minutes is $65, and half an hour is $50

Buddy.
​Buddy sessions work great with your Mum, partner, best friend - or let me find a suitable buddy for you. Buddy sessions are always a lot of fun, build relationships, push you to your limits, and is great accountability from your buddy. Buddy sessions for an hour are $45 each.

Small Group.
Small group classes are perfect for people that don't like large fitness classes, these are for six people, so save you money as well! Small group classes are an intimate group, so there is more focus on you without the large cost of a one on one. Small group classes are great fun. For an hour, for four to six people are $25 each. You can create your own Small Group Fitness class (like your coffee group, or workmates), or I can add you to one if there is availability.
"Not Bootcamp" up to 6 people in a class. Monday at 5pm, and Wednesday at 5:30pm. This is such a popular class as it is small, fun, great for people getting back into exercise, builds confidence, accountability, more focus on you (than a large class). This class focuses on 3D movements, strength, and fun!
​Small Group Fit Less is more! A maximum of 6 clients per class, so you get the attention you need to ensure safe technique, the results you are after, and a great experience! This class is a mix of games, cardio, strength and mobility. A fun class that will also get you sweating. There is a 6am option, Monday and Thursday, or a 9.10am class Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with Thursday at 9.30am. This would be a great class for parents to attend after school drop off is done; and there is a kids zone at Studio 51 too for the younger ones.

Group Fitness Classes.
Studio 51 brings to you, many group fitness classes, Studio HIIT, Studio BOX, Dawn Breakers, and Mangakahia Mums. 

Studio HIIT - 12:15pm. 
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. A 30 minute class that wont be for the faint hearted, this is a fun, quick workout that will get your heart racing, but also sneakily work on your mobility at the same time. Come and check out this class, push yourself, have fun with like minded people. Sessions are a weekly membership fee, included in the Group Fitness Pricing Structure.

Dawn Breakers - 6am. 
A great start to your day, there are two 6am classes available at the moment on Tuesday and Friday mornings held at Maunu School. This is available to anyone of all abilities as we programme to make sure everyone can fit into the group.

Studio Box.
Boxing - 4:45pm on a Wednesday and 8am Saturday. Studio Box is a popular class as it mixes boxing with body weight work to really increase stamina and strength. You will increase your overall fitness levels while toning your whole body at the same time. You will use focus pads with your partner. This class is so much fun, and I highly recommend you try it. Everyone loves it. Parents you can both come along as kids are welcome. It works so well for the whole family!

Man Club 
6pm Monday, and 5:30pm Thursday join a group of like minded Men that are keen to work on their mobility, have a laugh, and work up a good sweat. Technique is more important than how heavy you can lift. Man Club will push your body hard, you will work on your mobility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. A 45 minute class that is the perfect way to end the working day.

Kids are welcome to attend as there is a kiddy zone in studio to be used. Kids must stay in this zone, to ensure their safety as we would hate for them to be hurt by playing with any equipment. Feel free to pop in and check out the space, message me to arrange a time.

Along with a workout, amazing support, a great community, you are also guaranteed a fun session, kept within your personal limits, professional guidance and expert advice, education about nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, stress and much more, training styles that are always evolving, trainers keeping up with new exercise methodologies, 
 
Studio 51 also provides, home exercise plans, food diary analysis, stress profile and healing opportunities screening, fitness and posture assessments

Movement Coaching.
One of Nicci's favourite new areas of expertise that she provides for her clients; working with people in chronic pain to alleviate it. Clients come to Nicci to move better, to be without pain. There are so many people living in pain, thinking that this is their new 'normal' - when it really shouldn't be. Broken bodies can be helped.

Movement Coaching focuses on helping people with chronic pain, restrictions, tension, and dysfunctional movement patterns. Through an myofascial movement appraisal system, Nicci then coaches the body with the ultimate goal of being pain free and have a happier body. Nicci wants to be that person to help you reclaim the mobility, strength and energy that is rightfully yours. 
 
You will leave with a better understanding of your body, as we all have different compensations throughout our body's, along with a video of mobilsers for you to follow along with at home; and access to my private Facebook group "Studio 51 - ONLINE" which gives you further support, library of mobilisers, fitness tips and tricks, recipes and much more. 

$90 for an hour.

​Rehabilitation Coaching.
When we injure ourselves we use our bodies differently because of the pain caused by the injury, as we naturally try to keep our bodies out of pain to heal. Rehabilitation Coaching is very similar to Movement Coaching, using a myofascial movement appraisal system, we work with you to keep the rest of the body free and happy, while letting the injury heal. Often, for example, when we injure our ankle the opposite hip becomes sore as more weight is placed on this side; mobilisers are given taking into consideration the injury, ensuring the body remains mobile and free while recovering. 

$90 - an hour session

Ph360 Health Coaching.​
Ph360 is a world's first epigenetics personalised health programme to give you all the information you need to give yourself optimal health going forward. 

Ph360  is health coaching for your body type. I do a phenotype assessment and then health coaching is dictated off this. It is an amazing tool. You are given, what time of the day is the ideal time to eat, what to eat, what your environment should be, when to sleep, recipes for your body type. And so much more! A great tool to use if you are trying your absolute best to live a healthier lifestyle and nothing is changing.   Once the phenotype assessment is undertaken with a trained Ph360 Health Coach you will be able to to find out which one of the Ph360 health types your body fits into. From there, we coach you through all the information provided to you what is best for YOUR genes, when to sleep, when to eat, what to eat, what environment is best for you and so much more. It is a very in depth approach to health

​Programme Design.
Book in one hour with a qualified personal trainer, and movement coach to design your very own programme for you to do in the comfort of your own home. Our qualified personal trainers specialise in a variety of training methods to help you acquire your goals while taking into account your fitness levels and how your body currently moves. It can be a simple once a week workout designed specifically with you in mind, or up to three times a week workout plan.
