"I have been a client of Nicci Webb's since February 2019 working with her as my personal trainer. I first started going to her group fitness sessions and have also attended one on one sessions, buddy up sessions and more recently her new group "Not Bootcamp". 
Prior to starting work with Nicci, over the years I had tried out various different personal trainers to try and find the best match. Nicci is easily the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. Nicci genuinely cares about her clients and it is easy to start to consider Nicci as a friend. 
We are welcome to contact Nicci at any time with questions, concerns or just to let her know how we are doing and she promptly gets back to us with solutions and encouragement. Nicci's care is obvious. She has a very holistic approach to her work and personally has helped me a lot, including nutrition. 
Nicci also provides her clients with home programmes including a personalised video demonstrating each exercise. I have never experienced this kind of service from a personal trainer before. 
Nicci also provides her clients with regular challenges which is something great to work towards. Nicci also continually provides updates and news on her Facebook page. As a client we also get access to her private Facebook page for further support.

“I started seeing Nicci in May this year after hearing about her from friend.  After not exercising for some time I had started walking at the beginning of the year but felt like my body was not responding.  I knew that I had inflammation in my body too. At first we started with just mobilisers. Nicci also has a powerplate and that is amazing!
 
In June however I got a cancer diagnosis so I had to go for a few procedures and a big operation.  Nicci was very supportive through this process. We kept in touch and worked with my gp to get back to exercise /movement as soon as it was safe and I was ready. As soon as I got medical clearance I went straight back to Nicci. I have seen a massive improvement in my body since then.  
 
Nicci has been very encouraging regarding nutrition and giving advice about exercise.  My fitness level but mostly movement ability has greatly improved. Nicci is a very warm personality.  I always come away from her sessions feeling good and inspired. Her communication skills are excellent.  She always follows up with me and is very well organised. I also love reading her monthly newsletters and Facebook posts which are always educational, encouraging  and practical.  
 
Recently I have joined a small exercise group that Nicci has created.  This is not something I would ever have considered in the past due to anxiety. Nicci has however put together a group which are a perfect fit. I also on occasion do buddy up sessions which are really great. 
 
Nicci has really been a big part of my journey to become fitter and healthier. I am forever grateful for her and have no hesitation in recommending her.”

"I’ve been seeing Nicci in a small group session for a few months. I love that this is an option, it’s fun to exercise with other people but you just know Nicci has tailored the work out for us personally. She knows our strengths and weaknesses and helps us use our body correctly and to the best of our ability!  Last week I visited Nicci and had a lymphatic massage and muscle release session. I get frequent headaches especially mid morning, if I don’t have a coffee! I made sure not to drink coffee this morning to get the effects of the massage. Since that day I haven’t had a headache and coffee intake has been minimal! It’s truely amazing! I can’t believe how it’s helped my headaches! Nicci found my inflammation and freed it and the benefits have been awesome! No headaches! I felt safe and relaxed in Nicci's care and I recommend her to everyone! Thanks so much Nic!!"

“I started my fitness journey with Nicci in May 2018, with my initial goal been weight loss and to improve my fitness. Shortly after starting with Nicci I found out I was pregnant, she then worked with me in changing my workouts to fit in with my pregnancy. I always felt extremely safe under Nicci’s care, she never pushed me too hard, and always ensured the exercises were fit for me.
After having my baby in January, with complications which ended up being a T-Section caesarean I came back to Nicci in May this year, Nicci tailored her workouts for me to get
the best results in improving my core without further injuring my abdomen and also referred me to see Shelley from Fresh Start Physio to check my pelvic floor after having two
complicated births. Nicci attended this session with Shelley, she sat in on the questioning, and then when the internal was done she took my son for a walk, to return in time for the recommendations from Shelley. I really appreciate Nicci’s care in this time, she wanted to ensure she was doing the right exercises with me. She has continued to have contact with Shelley over this time. I had a follow up appointment with Shelley about 8 weeks ago, and my diastasis is down to one finger width and I have noticed how much stronger my core is, which I am very happy about.
Since seeing Nicci I have noticed an overall improvement in my strength, fitness, and flexibility, as well as more energy. 
Nicci takes the time to understand your needs, fitness level and goals and tailors your work out accordingly while also making each session challenging, creative and most
importantly enjoyable. While also having the knowledge to answer any questions, and if not being honest about that, and then finding the answers.

“I have been training with Nicci for almost 2 years to better myself in the health, wellness, and fitness areas of my life. I started off doing one on one sessions with her twice a week when she had just started her studies, and now I attend 3 group fitness classes a week and 1 fitness /movement one on one session a week.
Through her personal training studies and her multiple further education courses and mentorships I have seen a huge change in her training styles, she is very confident, knowledgeable, but also isn’t shy to say when she doesn’t know something and will come back with research and a professional opinion, from her mentors or other sources.
